Job Title: General Superintendent

Location: Miami, Florida

Compensation: $175,000–$230,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Our client, a well-established general contractor with a 20-year track record of delivering high-end commercial, retail, and residential projects throughout Broward and Dade Counties, is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee complex, large-scale projects from cradle to grave. With the company’s continued expansion into Orlando and Tampa, this position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in their growth and maintain the exceptional standards that have defined their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects valued at $60 million+.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety on every site.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.
• Develop and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Superintendent in the Florida construction market.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Track record of successfully delivering high-end commercial, retail, or residential projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
