Adecco is searching for an Administrative Assistant for a multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells consumer electronics, software, and services.
Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : SCV (Sunnyvale, California – SF Bay Area) - hybrid schedule
Pay- Up to $39.50/hr
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee large-scale asset and inventory management, procurement, planning, shipping, and distribution
- Provide event planning and support, including equipment setup, logistics coordination, customer interactions, and problem resolution
- Drive customer success by designing and managing the customer journey, allocating tools and resources, and engaging with the EEP team for daily support
- Collaborate with key internal partners such as Facilities, global shipping/receiving teams, external vendors (catering, event), and Executive Admin teams globally
- Manage and maintain calendars for scheduling and coordination
