About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant, Data Benchmarking to support data visualization, reporting, and operational tasks. Job Summary

In this role, you will work with data, assist in creating visualizations and reports, and coordinate operational activities. This position is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in analytics and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, and presentations, managing all logistical details.
• Maintain and update project and client information in CRM systems.
• Capture meeting notes and prepare concise follow-up summaries.
• Support marketing efforts with simple, visually appealing data visualizations.
• Help onboard new team members by training them on processes and systems.

Data Benchmarking & Visualization

• Create and maintain dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Excel or Power BI .
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in generating benchmarking reports for presentations and reviews.
• Perform basic data validation and testing to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

Required

• Proficiency in Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• An interest in learning and applying data visualization techniques.

Preferred

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense (training available if needed).
• Exposure to CRM systems, JIRA, or SharePoint is a plus.
• Coursework or training in data analysis, visualization, or related fields.
