About the Role:

As our CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind creating accurate CNC programs and ensuring seamless manufacturing processes. Reporting to our Cell/Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, solving machining mysteries, and optimizing workflows in our top-notch facility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Program Like a Pro: Create accurate CNC programs that support our cell manufacturing techniques and standards. Help troubleshoot machining issues and share your expert advice.
  • Plan for Success: Design manufacturing processes for high-rate production, prepare work instructions, and define tooling specifications. Efficiency is your middle name!
  • Tool Up: Determine the parts and tools needed to hit manufacturing goals while meeting product specifications.
  • Customer Champion: Work directly with customers to resolve production concerns and keep schedules running smoothly.
  • Innovate & Analyze: Assist with technical proposals for new business, perform make vs buy analyses, and help management make data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5–10 years of CNC programming expertise and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Bonus points if you’ve worked in aerospace or defense!
  • Skills: Strong mechanical, industrial, or automation engineering knowledge. Familiarity with MRP systems, ability to interpret technical drawings, and solid communication skills are essential.
  • Leadership: Prior experience as a lead in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Education: 7–10 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
