The Role:

McCann Worldgroup is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our NYC-based team. This talented individual will help support our learning strategy through several core initiatives and processes. The individual is organized, detail-oriented, and has an understanding of how people learn and develop skills in today’s world. They'll need to be comfortable using technology to build best-in-class user experiences for our employees globally. Additionally, this role will collaborate with global learning teams to deliver innovative solutions for our employees. The Learning & Development Specialist will report to the Associate Director, Learning & Development, supporting core learning and initiatives.

What You Will Do:

The Learning Specialist for McCann Worldgroup will be required to:

• Assist in creating, implementing, and monitoring processes to maintain excellence in workflow and consistency among our regions and agencies

• Help in curating content and designing curriculum for our global content & programs in Docebo

• Help in designing assessments to measure training efficacy

• Coordinate and manage virtual training sessions, while serving as a technical producer for instructor-led training (ILT)

• Monitor learner data and share highlights with key stakeholders

• Partner with our Global Talent Technology team on key technical projects to ensure we provide a seamless learning environment on our Docebo LMS

• Assist in managing relationships with external training providers and vendors

• Support the Global Learning Community with training schedule, maintenance, and updates

Who You Will Be:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:

Key Skills

• 2-3 years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and/or LMS administration experience

• Educational degrees or background in education/adult learning is preferred

• Strong knowledge and experience in working with an LMS platform (experience with Docebo is a huge plus)

• Strong project management skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

• Detail-oriented

• Strong data analytics skills with data visualization experience

• Ability to build cross-functional relationships

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively

• Strong PowerPoint presentation & Excel skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

• Efficiency in creating courses using Articulate 360 is a plus

• Experience in working in a high-matrixed environment is a plus

• Enthusiasm for learning and development

• Natural curiosity with a go-getter mentality

Salary Range: $90k - $100k
