Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Coordinator to join our Organizational Development team. In this role, you will manage and support various aspects of our training programs, including scheduling, communication, data gathering, reporting, and resource management. You will play a key role in supporting talent management initiatives and ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics for instructor-led courses, including scheduling, coordinating training facilities, preparing materials, and ensuring necessary multimedia tools are available.
  • Administer and optimize the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and professional development systems, ensuring they are updated to meet changing needs.
  • Support talent management programs by managing data, generating reports, and tracking progress.
  • Oversee the registration process for HR training and development programs.
  • Integrate HR coursework with content delivery platforms, such as LMS, talent management systems, and websites.
  • Provide guidance to users on LMS and professional development system functionality.
  • Track and report on HR training outcomes, including program progress and overall success.
  • Utilize multimedia tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate) to develop and deliver training content.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Communications, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training program administration or web-based training systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Management Systems.
  • Proficiency with Articulate or similar multimedia authoring tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with scheduling, project management, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
