Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our client is looking for a BCBA to provide treatment for children diagnosed with autism, both in a clinical center and in clients' homes. The successful candidate will supervise Behavior Technicians and lead one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children. This role involves developing programs, creating behavior intervention plans (when needed), and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Programs : Create and run one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism, including assessments like VB-MAPP, PEAK, and ABLLS-R, and managing data collection.
- Assess and Plan : Develop functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of the Clinical Director.
- Supervise and Mentor : Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians working with your clients, helping with their professional growth.
- Ongoing Training : Participate in ABA training, including techniques for teaching, managing challenging behaviors, and data collection.
- Team Collaboration : Join monthly team meetings for professional development and leadership initiatives.
- Schedule : Availability from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional meetings and client needs outside these hours.

- Organization : Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, and meet deadlines.

- Transportation : Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and motor vehicle insurance for traveling to client locations.
- Physical Demands : Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Required : Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and active BCBA certification.
- Preferred : Experience working with children diagnosed with autism.
