We are searching on the behalf of my client; they are a leading Global Bank that is continuing to rapidly grow here in the US. They are searching for a Technology/Infrastructure Project Centralized Support professional to join their team.
This is a brand-new opening; The Infrastructure Project Centralized Support is a centralized resource to support both in an administrative and project specific support role. You will create presentation documentation in support of Sr. project managers, and 90% of your responsibilities will include centralized tasks like management of orders, invoices, resource onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Experience:
Presentation and Documentation Support
- Creating and maintaining project presentations and tracking sheets.
Order and Procurement Management
- Centralized placement of orders on behalf of project managers and project owners.
- Engaging vendors and resolving invoicing issues with the accounting team.
- Resource Onboarding and Maintenance
Managing the onboarding of resources for large-scale projects.
- Overseeing ongoing resource-related administrative tasks.
- Tool Management and Reporting
Managing centralized PMO tools, including resource tracking systems.
- Creating and reporting data for effective project oversight.
- Basic knowledge of technical terminology (network, data center, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Cloud, etc)
This is a full-time, permanent position based in NYC, with a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office each week).
