We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 1-2 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and contribute to maintaining an efficient and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, attendance).
  • Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
