Internal Sales Manager – Rigid and Flexible Plastic packaging
We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts totalling $4.5M.
Your role would be to spearhead accounts that are typically around the $100,000 mark in the Food and Beverage sector for a leading Global Packaging Materials businesses
This is a pivotal role driving growth, building trust, and delivering value, while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture accounts in the food and beverage sector, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio and develop strategies to maximize account potential.
- Analyze account performance and market trends, providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve challenges to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present account updates, sales forecasts, and progress reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the flexible or rigid packaging.
- Strong understanding of flexible packaging solutions and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, customer-centric attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Someone who can proactively hunt for new business and manage inbound enquiries.
