Position Summary:
We’re looking for energetic, personable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team . In this role, you’ll be the face of Happy Tuna, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and has a memorable experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with menu selections and promote our offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Uphold Happy Tuna’s brand standards and values in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant or fast-casual dining environment is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
