TDelivery Manager – IT & Technology Projects

We’re looking for a results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee multiple technology initiatives in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, Agile project management, and team leadership to ensure high-impact projects are executed efficiently.

What You’ll Do

? Lead Agile Teams & Workflows

• Oversee multiple Scrum teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and sprint execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor team performance using Agile KPIs such as velocity, burn-down, and burn-up charts.
• Remove obstacles to keep teams on track and escalate blockers when necessary.
• Ensure all project data is well-documented in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

? Drive Project Execution & Delivery

• Manage several IT projects simultaneously, covering discovery, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate resources across internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and scope while proactively identifying risks.
• Develop mitigation plans and keep leadership informed on progress and key challenges.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee user training before project deployment.

What You Bring

Experience & Technical Knowledge

• 7+ years of IT project management experience, leading multiple technology initiatives.
• Strong background in enterprise-level implementations (ERP, P2P, SCM, CRM).
• Experience managing vendor-led IT projects.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master with expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Ability to track and improve team performance using Agile metrics.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar platforms.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are a plus.
• Consulting and technical/development experience are highly desirable.
