Job Description
* Manage network servers and technology tools.
* Install and configure software and hardware.
* Set up accounts and workstations.
* Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
* Troubleshoot issues and outages.
* Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
* Upgrade systems with new releases and models
* Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
* Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
* Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
* Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
* Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
* Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
* Excellent communication skills
* BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification
* Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, VPN’s routers, and other physical hardware
* Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues.
* Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks.
* Communicating network issues to other employees and management
* Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on demand or from inspection of the system
* AWS experience is a plus.
* Working knowledge of Domains, DNS, SSL’s is required.
* Cisco or Meraki experience is required.
* Experience is Hospitality is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
