Your Role:
Provide occupational therapy services for habilitation, rehabilitation, and health promotion, addressing physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial aspects of performance.
Facilitate mental health screenings, assessments, and treatment planning to support patient care.
Design, implement, and modify therapeutic interventions to maximize functional independence and reduce the need for intensive care.
Engage in discharge planning, ensuring patients are equipped for continued success post-treatment.
Maintain accurate records, comply with hospital requirements, and supervise aides and assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The Occupational Therapist is a graduate of an occupational therapist Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate accredited degree program.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Current, active Occupational Therapist License in Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure exam.
- Current CPR Certification.
