Job Description
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the KCC practice.

PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:

• Day to day operation of the practice

• Ordering office and medical supplies for the practice to ensure inventory is well stocked

• Supervising and coordinating clinics and staff to accommodate the clinics

• Coordinating Physicians’ clinic schedules, PTO, on call coverage and Hospital Rounding coverage

• Daily communication and guidance of staff to resolve operational concerns

• Arrange and coordinate schedules for Medical Assistants and Receptionists

• Approve timecards and PTO for employees

• Report to the KCC POD leader

• Weekly meeting with the KCC POD Leader

o Communicate all practice related activities and operations to the POD leader

• Weekly Manager meeting with the Regional Manager

o Reports other operational issues to the Regional Manager

• Assist with Recruitment for staffing in the clinics, reviewing resumes and interviewing

• Collaborate with HR with their employee onboarding

• Work collaboratively with Director of Marketing & Physician Liaison for focus in the growth in the practice

• Ensure to promote patient and employee satisfaction within the practice

• Coordinate weekly staff meetings with agenda and minutes

• Coordinate monthly management meeting with Physicians

• Complete data reports within in each POD

• Work with Regional Manager & HR Manager on Employee issues and concern

• Assist Medical Assistants & Receptionists as needed in clinic

• Other duties, as assigned

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Responsible for supporting the values and customer service standards of KCC. • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all staff, clients and vendors • Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. • Initiates action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 or more years’ experience in a Medical Office

• 3 or more years Management Experience

• Associates degree required

• BA/BS degree preferred

• Current CPR card
