Location: Sandy, Utah
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, standard hours (fully on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all payroll functions with precision and efficiency.
- Lead the transition to Paylocity, the company’s new payroll software, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of payroll operations.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and effectively.
- Provide expert guidance and support on payroll-related matters to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 10+ years of payroll management experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Paylocity is a major plus (experience with payroll system transitions is highly desirable).
- Work Style: A self-starter who is sharp, bright, and able to work autonomously without needing hand-holding.
- Problem Solver: Someone who can “figure things out” on their own, troubleshoot effectively, and drive results.

Compensation:

- $60-$70 per hour, depending on experience (negotiable for the right candidate).
