Process Business Analyst

We are partnering with a client to find a Business Process Analyst to join their team. This position will work with the Purchasing team to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Background Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Owner and process mapping experience (same amount of time)

• Experience in digital product or services development, particularly in the automotive industry and purchasing, is advantageous.

• Automotive experience or purchasing team experience

Job Responsibilities/Skills

• Create and execute the process digitalization roadmap for ADVICS North America Purchasing Team.

• Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them.

• Influence stakeholders to support business projects.

• Lead project management for selected projects.

• Assist in developing workflows by discussing, analyzing, and documenting processes.
