Candidate should possess excellent writing, analytical, and legal research skills.

Annual Salary Range: $175,000 to $330,000

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Transactional Attorney in a law firm setting.
• 4+ years of M&A experience.
• Member of the Illinois Bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.

• Strong Organizational Skills.
