Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years of relevant machine operation experience (or equivalent)

• Mechanical aptitude (knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, etc.)

• Good math skills including the ability to perform simple calculations when provided the necessary inputs

Knowledge of extrusion a plus

• Physical requirements include:

o Stand and walk 90% of shift

o Reach, bend, squat, and climb stairs frequently during a shift

o Perform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) several times per shift

o Use small hand tools

Important information:

• mechanical aptitude/extrusion operating experience.
• Max day rate is $21/ hour.
• Hours are Monday- Thursday, 7am- 5:30pm

• Manager is seeking 1-3 years of relevant machine operation experience (or equivalent). Forklift Operator experience is NOT what we are seeking for, for this role.

• This position is seeking candidates who have worked on Machines before (preferably Extrusion background). HM does NOT want Forklift Operators. HM is ok with candidates fresh out of high school who took Mechanic/ Tech classes before. Other skills would be folks who previously worked in Mechanic type roles (working on vehicles/ as an automotive tech/ mechanic, etc.). MUST have a high mechanical aptitude for this position. Candidates should have Mechanical aptitude (knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, etc.) a Focus on someone who has the mechanical skills

Work environment can include:

o Frequent exposure to high noise levels requiring hearing protection

o Frequent exposure to hot equipment surfaces (up to 600F)

o Occasional exposure to temperature extremes below 32F and above 90F

o Occasional exposure to equipment that may interfere with pacemakers

o Rare exposure to conditions requiring respirator PPE
