Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure internal control over financial reporting. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis of operating results against the budget. Manage debt financing, payments, and relationships with external lenders. Supervise daily accounting department operations and team activities. Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Lead and support audits and mid-year reviews by providing required information. Collaborate with leadership teams to uphold financial integrity in decision-making. Provide data for tax filings and coordinate with relevant parties as needed. Qualifications: 4 years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
