    Job Details
  • MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE!
  • Effective Immediately, you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.
  • 14 panel drug screen required within 24hrs of offer acceptance.
  • As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from Welle or CPI for onboarding and clearance.
  • COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.
    Job Requirements
  • Current NY License
  • ACLS certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • 3 years experience required
  • Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units required
  • Telemetry experience required
  • Neuro/stroke experience encouraged
  • Must have reliable transportation.
    Schedule Information
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
  • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • Cancellation policy: Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract, must give 2 hr notice.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit consists of mainly tele/cardiac patients
  • # of Beds in unit: 16
  • RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
  • Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
  • MUST be able to follow & comfortably interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift.
    Additional Details
  • MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights
  • Previous travel experience strongly encouraged
  • Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented
  • Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID.
