  • MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE!
  • Effective Immediately, you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.
  • COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.
  • Unit Details: Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
  • Cancellation policy: Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract, must give 2 hr notice.
  • Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
    Job Requirements
  • MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • 3 years experience required
  • Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights
  • Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units - Required
  • Previous travel experience: strongly encouraged
  • Must have telemetry experience
  • MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
  • Neuro/stroke experience encouraged
  • Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
  • Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License, ACLS, BLS)
    Schedule Information
  • No block scheduling will be considered for this need.
  • Orientation Dates: January 2, 16, 30; February 13, 27; March 13, 27; April 3, 17; May 1, 15, 29; June 12, 26; July 17, 31; August 14, 28; September 11, 25; October 16, 30; November 13, 20; December 11, 18.

  • # of Beds in unit: 16
  • RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
  • Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
  • Remote Tele Unit
