  • MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE!
  • Effective Immediately, you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.
  • Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for performing a variety of CT procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed CT techniques for diagnosis.
  • Must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures.
  • Ability to obtain intravenous access.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize daily work flow.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
    Job Requirements
  • Min. 1 year CT Experience Required
  • Nuclear experience a PLUS
  • Previous/Current travel experience strongly encouraged
  • EPIC EMR Experience - Required
  • NYS license & ARRT (CT)
  • Contrast injection experience a PLUS
  • Canon/Toshiba scanner experience
  • Mckesson PACS experience encouraged
  • NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
  • Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
  • Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
  • Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
    Schedule Information
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
  • RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!
  • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
  • Cancellation policy: Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract, must give 2 hr notice.
  • 8hrs non-billable orientation
  • OT, Holiday multipliers: 1.25%
    Unit Specific Information
  • Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
