Position Overview: As a Administrative Assistant - Human Resources Coordinator , you will be at the forefront of our HR operations, providing support in various areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and resourceful individual who is eager to make a positive impact on our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
