Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $38/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Schenectady, NY (Onsite)

What’s a typical day as a Warranty Data Analyst? You’ll be:
• Collaborating with Operations teams to maximize financial and operational performance of projects.
• Updating and maintaining all systems of record with accurate and timely information.
• Performing research on contracts to extract required information and input it into spreadsheets.
• Analyzing warranty claims and processing them in accordance with company policies.
• Communicating with customers and vendors regarding warranty issues and resolutions.
• Preparing reports and presentations on warranty performance metrics.

• Maintains GE Vernova’s confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software
• Reviews data for errors or missing information and resolves any discrepancies
• Performs administrative backup when asked by client
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Have 2+ years of experience working with contract data and a strong attention to detail.
• Possess 3+ years experience in advanced proficiency in MS Excel and moderate proficiency in all other MS Office programs, including Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. (required)
• Are fluent in both spoken and written English, with exceptional communication skills.
