Digital Product Analyst
Hybrid – Cincinnati, OH
Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Calculated Hire is in search of a Digital Product Analyst for our Fortune 500 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Position Overview: The Digital Product Analyst collaborates closely with Digital Product Managers and key stakeholders, including Lines of Business, Technology teams, and 3rd Party Partners, to understand business requirements and facilitate their implementation. The role involves defining and documenting client and associate digital experience needs, supporting development through to release, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate thrives on detailing and executing user stories, campaigns, and initiatives that contribute to outstanding digital interactions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
- Gather and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Groom the backlog in preparation for sprint planning, development, and configuration activities.
Estimation & Delivery:
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for the delivery of fixes, new configurations, enhancements, and deployments in collaboration with 3rd Party Partners, Technology, and Program Management.
Product Rollout Support:
- Execute product test cases pre-launch.
- Perform platform configuration and implementation.
- Assist in creating training documentation.
- Communicate planned changes to affected users and collect post-launch feedback from clients and associates.
Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client-reported issues.
- Monitor platform or partner system issues and maintenance windows.
- Identify and address gaps or issues in data quality.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Review and report on digital product performance using tools like integration monitors, application monitoring, platform usage analytics, and site analytics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement or awareness among First Financial clients and associates.
Project & Program Management Support:
- Work with the Program Management Office to complete Project Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Provide inputs required for risk, compliance, and legal processes.
- Offer regular updates on program health.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, analysis, or related fields, including systems analysis, financial analysis, process design, project management, and product development.
- At least 2 years of experience with client-facing digital experiences, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Travel, using Agile methodology.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead meetings effectively.
- Excellent consultative and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and data issue resolution capabilities.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in list creation, data extensions, dynamic content, and segment groups.
