Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a fast-growing commercial HVAC, building automation, and energy services company to hire a Project Manager . This company is committed to excellence, fostering a collaborative culture focused on achieving the best results for customers. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110K - $150K , depending on experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, occasional on-call after hours, with over 40 hours per week during high-demand periods.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee mechanical projects, managing the lifecycle from start to finish. This role requires onsite presence, subcontractor coordination, and project management to ensure quality and profitability. Most projects will be in the Denver metro area, with about 20% travel to Fort Collins and Colorado Springs (company vehicle provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining confidence and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Manage project progress, timelines, and administrative tasks (RFIs, change orders, billings).
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience (or related).
• HVAC trade school certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks in confined spaces.
• Ability to pass random drug testing.
