Office Manager
Our client in Plano, TX has a need for an office manager on a contract to possible hire basis and may consider direct hire for the right skillset.

Office Manager Role:
The Office Manager is responsible for financial record keeping, maintaining purchase orders, coordinating meetings, and facility management and support of executive team as needed.
Answer phone, screen and direct calls as well as take and relay messages
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as bank reconciliations.
Open, sort, and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints
Create purchase orders, delivery tickets and invoices
Work closely with the HR team to coordinate new hire onboarding
Order all office supplies and maintain office inventory
Manage and create work schedules along with scheduling of all meetings
Assist employees with basic benefit questions when needed
Office Manager Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent required with some College preferred, will consider experience over education
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience and at least 2 years working in accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Previous experience working with QuickBooks is required
Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new programs quickly
Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be a self starter with a can do attitude
