Abel Personnel is proud to partner with a leading organization in search of a Director of Business Development specializing in Defense Infrastructure Modernization. This high-impact leadership role focuses on Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contracts for United States Air Force (USAF) facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead business development strategies for USAF BIM contracts and task orders.
• Build competitive bidding strategies and manage post-award programs.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with USAF stakeholders and industry partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Drive proposal development with innovative solutions and winning strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of business development and IT management experience (specific expertise in USAF AFLCMC HNI programs preferred).
• Strong network within USAF AFLCMC HNI.
• Proven success in securing competitive government contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent documented experience.
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
