Job Title: Customer Support/Enrollment Specialist Location: Austin, TX, 78727 Duration: 6+ Months (Possible extension) Pay Range: $17 - $21 Hourly Responsibilities: - Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment.
- Process assigned applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Identify deficiencies in applications and work with providers to make necessary corrections.
- Respond to inquiries regarding application status.
- Contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment application deficiencies.
- Adhere to Quality Assurance program guidelines to ensure high-quality processing of applications.
