Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the aerospace industry.

- Conduct regular touchpoints (weekly or as needed) with customers to discuss their needs, gather feedback, and reinforce relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with customer requirements and market conditions.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and in the wider aerospace market.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market expansion and customer engagement.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and project timelines.
- Facilitate communication between departments to address customer needs and streamline operations.
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing sector or regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
