Job Description

Overview : Affirmative provides data-driven risk management and compliance solutions for electronic payments to banks, credit unions, and FinTech's across the US. Our clients depend on us to help them manage over $1 Trillion in payments annually.  

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and coachable individual to support our Client Relations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to develop skills in account management and administrative support while contributing to the success of our client relationships. The ideal candidate will positively impact the sales process, recognize opportunities, and foster strong relationships with existing clients. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Profile Management : Update and maintain client documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. 
  • Client Communication : Respond to and resolve client issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary. 
  • Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items from client interactions. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze client data and generate reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to upper management. 
  • Meeting Facilitation : Host internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and progress on priorities. 
  • Collaboration : Partner with marketing, sales, product, and tech teams to advance project objectives and support client needs. 
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in managing client accounts. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to accurately interpret and document technical information during discussions. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms). 
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in an agile environment. 
  • Previous experience in client support, administrative roles, or account management is a plus but not required.
