Key Tasks:
- Lead the onboarding and new hire orientation process for all employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from day one.
- Administer and track new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and other necessary documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about their roles and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and other HR support functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing general support and resources when needed.
- Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment, adjusting to evolving processes and needs.
- Foster a positive, inviting, and communicative atmosphere within the organization.
Experience/Education:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HR.
- A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Must be highly communicative, approachable, and professional with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
