About The Role
We’re looking for someone to identify future business opportunities by engaging with developers and real estate professionals to showcase King's Arch's value. You’ll collaborate with our Operations team to craft standout materials, while keeping a sharp eye on sales goals, market trends, and your growing network. If you’re a self-starter with a knack for making connections and closing deals with creativity and enthusiasm, we'd love to see if you’re a great fit for the King's Arch team.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize existing King's Arch standards and guidelines for new cases, driving new case volume to the Operations team.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with developers, property owners, and real estate brokers.
- Research, reach out, and follow-up to introduce King's Arch's services and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to develop materials for prospective clients.
What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or a related role, real estate experience strongly preferred.
- An existing network of real estate brokers, contractors, or developers.
- Basic understanding of the real estate investment process or industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated organizational skills for effective outreach efforts.
