Job Description

Our client, a PR and consulting firm, is looking for a temp to perm IT Analyst! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to high-quality customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and a solid work ethic.


This position starts asap and will be an ongoing assignment, with potential for permanent hire if the right fit.


Location: Midtown


Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

*Fully Onsite


Knowledge/Responsibilities:

  • Operated within an ITIL framework, ensuring alignment with established processes and standards.
  • Utilized helpdesk service management platforms to log and track service requests and incidents.
  • Managed both cloud-based and on-premises systems, including Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Center.
  • Demonstrated strong administrative expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Entra and Intune.
  • Possessed a solid understanding of networking protocols and configurations, including WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Specialized in desktop and Mac system re-imaging, with extensive experience in hardware support for laptops and desktops.
  • Provided support for HP printers and Canon copiers, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in facilitating virtual meetings using Zoom, Polycom, and managing video/audio setups for presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device management.
  • Skilled in both cloud-based and local file system management, ensuring seamless access and security.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and its implementation to enhance security.
  • Maintained a keen awareness of security best practices and emerging threats to safeguard systems and data.
  • Experience with antivirus and endpoint threat protection tools to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed


Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in Helpdesk
  • Prior experience working with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite
  • Windows 10 and MacOS support experience
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills
