Office Services Coordinator for LEADING Financial Services Company
Pay Rate: $34/hour
Location: Onsite in Irvine
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage office operations and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, coordinate meeting setups, and handle office supply management to ensure a seamless experience for guests and employees.
- Support daily office operations, including facilities maintenance, safety protocols, and event coordination.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners, addressing client needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Track and analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative workplace solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or office services roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like PowerBI or Ariba is a plus.
