Project Manager – Draper, UT (hybrid)

A leading kratom manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive key initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

The PM will lead critical projects, manage a small team, and collaborate across departments to drive business goals. This role requires a results-driven, hands-on leader with a strong business mindset and experience in manufacturing or CPG industries. You’ll be responsible for project planning, execution, and accountability, ensuring that initiatives are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute high-impact projects, shipping/fulfillment optimization, and operational improvements.
• Manage and develop a small team, holding them accountable for results.
• Work with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to ensure project success.
• Create realistic, actionable plans and timelines while managing resources effectively.
• Drive business goals forward by identifying and solving operational challenges.
• Provide leadership support to the CEO and senior management, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in operations, project management, or business leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Background in manufacturing or CPG industries; wellness/herbal product experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $150K–$175K, plus discretionary bonus (20% target)
• Possible relocation package
• This role is onsite 4 days a week in Draper, UT.
