Job Description :

We are seeking a highly polished and personable Receptionist with a Hospitality Background to be the face of The Maverick Club. As the first point of contact for our distinguished members and guests, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience. This role combines front desk responsibilities with a hospitality-driven approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and personalized service.



Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival, offering personalized service, and beverage requests. 
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, calendar management, responding to inquiries, and managing appointment bookings.
  • Assist members with requests, such as making reservations for restaurants, travel, and other services. Able to book and assist multiple requests at once including but not limited to travel booking, dining reservations, and more. 
  • Coordinate with concierge and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for members.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient reception area and club, ensuring it reflects the high standards of The Maverick Club, making sure that it is always member and guest ready. 
  • Handle administrative duties, including managing mail, deliveries, and membership inquiries.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of members, creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere.
  • Support event coordination for in-house member events, ensuring every detail meets the standards of our clientele.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in dealing with high-profile members.
  • Able to set and clear conference rooms. 
  • Able to set and clear dining areas and serve members as needed. 


Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or luxury setting.
