Job Description

Ideal candidates for this role are friendly, adaptable, and proactive individuals with excellent communication and multitasking skills, eager to assist where needed while supporting various marketing, administrative, and creative tasks.  A strong ability to take initiative and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Coordinator with email campaigns, project portfolios, editing website via WordPress, assist with creative writing.
  • Event coordination and catering assistance.
  • Manage social media platforms.
  • Processing documents, insurance reviews and auditing skills.
  • Branded merchandise coordination and purchasing 
  • Photography coordination.
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
  • Provide general office admin and front desk back-up support as needed.


Qualifications

  • Marketing degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Photography skills is a plus.
  • Construction experience is a plus.
