The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize files, both digital and physical, to maintain a tidy and organized office space.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, and to manage and update the office database.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computerized systems and software, and be able to quickly learn new applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling deliveries.
- Bank deposit, Post Office, Parcel and other out-of-office tasks.
- Reliable source of transportation, driving is required.
