Job Description:
This role will provide day-to-day hands-on project management for various projects in support of application development. The Project Manager will have in-depth knowledge and experience with complex IT solutions, Agile and Scrum Methodology, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and serve as a key resource within the team to ensure the overall success of the project deliverables.
Qualifications required :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other related field
- 5+ years related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementation, and testing of software systems
- Experience managing agile development projects as a SCRUM Master
- Experience with complex, mission-critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with other staff within the organization
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-starter.
Qualifications desired:
- Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology
- Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with Product Management, Operations & Technology, manage projects through their complete lifecycle
- Assist with requirements documentation, User Story creation, develop detailed project plans and identify tasks, roles, and responsibilities
- Track milestones and dependencies, ensure on-time completion of tasks from all groups
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues
- Ensure PMO processes are followed, and all relevant artifacts are produced and filed properly
- Manage and report on project financials
- Keep senior management apprised of project status and communicate issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Program Management Office to provide project status
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $125K/year to $140K/year with benefits
