The Role: The ideal candidate will identify and evaluate opportunities where Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation can create measurable business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive the adoption of AI and automation technologies. This role bridges business strategy and technology, requiring expertise in both domains and excellent communication skills.

Education and Years of Experience: 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to understand challenges, pain points, and goals.
• Identify and assess opportunities where AI and automation can drive efficiency, innovation, and cost savings.
• Design and recommend AI-based solutions tailored to address specific business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for AI and automation initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, trends, and solutions.
• Develop business cases, including ROI analysis, for proposed AI and automation projects.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in business consulting, with a focus on AI and automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with automation platforms and tools (e.g., RPA, intelligent automation).
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend transformative AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
