About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator , you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts and serving as the subject matter expert on all contractual matters. This role supports our commercial and operations teams, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency in contract management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of contracts, including drafting, coordinating feedback, execution, storage, and retention.
  • Act as the primary expert on contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and processes.
  • Ensure the use of standardized forms and processes across all locations.
  • Train team members on the importance of contract compliance and proper procedures.
  • Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to verify alignment with contract terms.
  • Track contract statuses and provide support to commercial and operational teams as needed.
  • Travel to other production facilities as necessary.


Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a technical field such as legal, accounting, or engineering.
  • Expertise in process documentation and improvement.
  • Strong commitment to safety and active participation in safety initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management software.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles in commercial contracts.
