About the position: This is a direct hire opportunity. No contract period involved.

We're currently hiring for an Architectural Project Manager with over 9 years of experience to join their team. This candidate will work alongside Sr. Project Architects and Principals to lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design, sustainability, and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through construction and final delivery.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain close communication with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure projects align with the architectural vision and client expectations.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local and federal building regulations and safety codes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records, producing progress reports and design proposals.
  • Compliance with Educational Standards : Ensuring that designs meet educational standards and requirements, such as classroom sizes, technology integration, and specialized facilities like laboratories or sports complexes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (Required)
  • 9+ years of architectural experience (Required)
  • 5+ years of Project Management specific experience (Required)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
  • Knowledge of building regulations and safety codes
  • Experience with community engagement and stakeholder communication
  • Experience with REVIT or ArchiCAD is preferred
  • Experience supporting educational, municipal, or institutional project sectors is preferred

Pay:

  • Up to $145,000 based on years of experience and licensing (We're ready to be competitive)
