Essential Job Functions:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of marketing professionals to execute all marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with CES’s business objectives and growth goals.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing including branding, digital marketing, field and vendor marketing, and market research.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and customer-facing initiatives.
- Drive brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the CES mission and values.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired results.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to enhance marketing efforts and leverage industry best practices.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including advertisements, promotional materials, videos, and social media.
- Ensure marketing materials are targeted at the right audience, with a focus on both B2B and B2C communications.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to continually evolve marketing strategies.
Required Education/Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing, as well as digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
