Calling all running enthusiasts and community-building rockstars!  We're on the hunt for a dynamic Community Manager to join our endurance events marketing team.

As our Community Manager, you'll bridge the gap between our local team and in-house agency. Get ready to:

• Create and execute a social media strategy for our MPE events
• Execute email campaigns that'll have participants flocking to our MPE events
• Work with our awesome affiliates and run clubs
• Project manage marketing efforts between merch, race ops, customer service, and agency

We're looking for a hungry marketing person who can:

• Weave compelling stories that resonate with our audience
• Amplify the excitement of our events through engaging content
• Build thriving communities that keep coming back for more

You'll work directly with our CMO and marketing team to drive brand awareness, registrations, community, and engagement across the Vacation Races portfolio.

A day in the life/ What you’ll do:

• Integrating yourself into the unique brand personality of each event
• Project manage event timelines, coordinating marketing activities between race ops, merch, customer service, and marketing
• Manage multiple social accounts in parallel  
• Capture the tone and voice of each event across the portfolio 
• Content Planning & Management: creating actionable content plans and calendars for CRM and Social Media channels
• Monitoring and managing organic social media platforms 
• Creating, segmenting, and scheduling emails
• Drive followers by engaging with followers, partners, sponsors, and wider audiences. 
• Stay up to date on industry trends 
• Coming up with unique, agile content ideas
• Respond to DMs and comments 
• Collaborating with our  in-house agency and local teams  to drive growth across the portfolio
• Repurpose existing content into fresh new content. 
• Source and nurture collab opportunities with sponsors, other social personalities, running clubs, and existing ambassadors
• Capture or repurpose content at race events
• Short form copywriting 
• Monthly CRM & social media presentations, reports, and learnings 
• Host Social Live Streams

What we’re looking for:

• Enthusiasm for marketing with 1-4 years of experience
• Strong ability to capture and edit content from your phone using an array of apps
• A creative personality 
• Comfortable in front of the camera if need be
• Ability to work across social media management, scheduling, and reporting platforms. 
• Proficient with Mailchimp or Klayvio (segmentation, scheduling, and a/b testing) 
• Experience in Monday.com and Notion
• A good eye for aesthetics and a grasp of compelling copy
• Detail-oriented & Boundary Pusher
