BrightStar Care of S. Dayton/Warren County/West Chester is looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development to help connect with our local communities and network strategies to sell our Personal Care and Skilled Nursing services to those in need.

This is a salaried position plus commission, withing a flex schedule meeting the needs of our resources in the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company's objectives for growth in Personal Care Services, Private Duty Nursing and Hiring.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to enhance the company’s competitive position.
- Cultivate and strengthen referral sources while actively promoting Brightstar's Core Values.
- Attend local Marketing events to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the community.
- Attend and build relationships with local Nursing Colleges and attend their events to promote Brightstar's Core Values.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Grow and Develop Personal Care Services.
- Maintain relationships with local facilities, nursing homes, and Physicians offices for referrals.
- Grow and Develop Private Duty Nursing Market by building relationships and connections with Dayton Children's Hospital, Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Pediatric Care Doctor's Offices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Sales experience in Healthcare preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Demonstrated project management experience, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year plus commission
