Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to join our residential real estate team. This role is focused on driving growth through strategic recruitment, exceptional team retention, and maximizing revenue generation. As the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in building a high-performing team of real estate professionals, nurturing a culture that fosters commitment and loyalty, and implementing strategies that consistently drive sales success.


What will you do?

  • Responsible for identifying and attracting agents who align with Build Idaho’s values and objectives. 
  • Cultivate an environment where team members feel supported and valued, providing ongoing coaching, training, scripting and resources that enable agents to grow their careers within the company.
  • Oversee sales goals, set performance benchmarks, and support agents in reaching their full potential, ultimately driving business success and profitability.
  • Help agents achieve their goals by holding them accountable and providing coaching




Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Agents
  • Setting and Monitoring Team Sales Goals
  • Training and Development of New and Seasoned Agents
  • Sales Strategy and Market Analysis



Communications/Interactions 

  • Agents - Daily
  • CEO & Ops - Weekly
  • Industry Partners - as needed
  • Prospective Buyers/Sellers - as needed

Knowledge/Skills  

  • Proven track record of building strong, revenue-generating teams
  • Proven experience in recruiting top talent
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach agents effectively 
  • High school graduate-required
  • Real Estate License required
  • 5 + years of management experience
  • 8+ years of real estate sales experience
