About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Director of Sales to drive growth and lead impactful sales initiatives in the remote patient monitoring sector. You’ll play a crucial role in managing the entire sales process for large accounts, from building strong relationships with multiple decision-makers to closing long-term, complex contracts.
You'll collaborate across teams, influence product development with customer insights, and position Tenovi as a trusted partner for healthcare organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to leave your mark on a growing company and a dynamic industry as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise sales strategies in the Remote Patient Monitoring market.
- Proactively engage prospective clients to establish relationships and understand their needs.
- Manage and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Segment and prioritize prospective clients in collaboration with leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive market development through client events, PR activities, and educational programs.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product development and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Represent Tenovi as a thought leader in the MedTech industry, advocating for innovation in healthcare technology and patient outcomes.
Experience
- 5+ years of direct experience as a sales leader, selling to remote patient monitoring companies, payers, employers, or healthcare providers.
- 3+ years of experience selling through indirect channels and distribution partners.
- Strong healthcare knowledge, particularly in remote patient monitoring and healthcare technology adoption.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to healthcare executives and stakeholders.
- A passion for customer outcomes in mission-critical, patient-facing environments.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with a talent for conveying compelling ROI-based value propositions.
- Experience in the MedTech industry, with knowledge of FDA regulations, patient data security, and hardware deployment in healthcare settings.
