About the Role - We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Talent Team. The Talent Acquisition Manager, as leader of the Talent Team, will support an amazing company culture as we continue to expand and will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting efforts to bring top talent to DGDG. If you have experience cold-calling and enjoy networking with passive candidates, have retail or fast-paced industry experience, and are passionate about finding top talent, this may be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities
- Build an external network of industry talent to Attract top manager candidates
- Develop bench of candidates for future needs
- Lead and oversee all aspects of recruiting for DGDG, which includes multiple franchise dealerships and home office roles
- Lead a team of 2 recruiters with a focus on developing their skills
- Track recruiting metrics and report on performance
- Implement new sourcing methods and strategies and update and maintain recruiting processes
- Provide hiring managers with guidance on interviewing techniques and partner on staffing needs
- Nurture DGDG presence and programs around local schools, job fairs and recruiting events
- Continue to build DGDG’s professional network through relationships with candidates, schools, and other partners
Required Skills

- Experience in a fast-paced industry or retail
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager and with full-life cycle recruiting

- Strong ability to network and drive partnerships
- Experience recruiting for manager-level roles and/or executive search a plus

- Strong decision-making skills
Pay range and compensation package - Salary Range: $100,000-$160,000/annually *Pay will be based on individual experience.
